PiYo LIVE is designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and tone muscles—all in the same class! Using only your body weight, you’ll perform a series of high-intensity moves (all without putting unnecessary stress on your body) while working every muscle for a long, lean, and incredibly defined physique.

 

These dynamic, flowing sequences deliver real results through nonstop movement that burns serious calories and gets your heart pumping!

 CORE DE FORCE LIVE delivers the perfect one-two punch: an empowering workout that gets real results. Every class helps you hit goals at your own pace while you perfect your punching and kicking skills. The result? Strength, stamina, speed—and a confident stance that makes you feel like a fighter. 


 This core-focused, calorie-burning workout combines boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai techniques with intense interval training to help develop a strong, powerful core and sculpt your entire body.
